At Enaya’s Bakery, all of our desserts are baked from scratch in a licensed and insured home kitchen. We do our best to be clear about what goes into our baked goods so every customer can enjoy them safely.

Allergens in Our Baked Goods

Our items may contain or come into contact with the following common allergens:

• Wheat (gluten)

• Eggs

• Milk and dairy (butter, cream, yogurt, buttermilk)

• Tree nuts (pecans, walnuts)

• Soy (possible in chocolate chips or cocoa products)

Because we bake different items in the same kitchen, we cannot guarantee that any dessert is completely free from allergens, even if it does not list that ingredient.

We do offer nut-free, egg-free, and other allergy-friendly options upon request. Please let us know your needs when placing an order, and we will do our best to accommodate.
